Stephen Capital Digital is an online resource platform developed by Stephen Capital Partners to empower entrepreneurs, small business owners, and emerging leaders with practical knowledge, proven strategies, and affordable digital tools.

Kevin Williams, JD, MPH, is an entrepreneur, attorney, public health professional, and business strategist. He is Founder, President, and Trustee of the Niculia “Nikki” Williams Education & Equity Foundation, established to honor the life and legacy of his mother.

For more than 32 years, Kevin worked alongside his mother in service to children, families, and communities, helping translate ideas into programs, partnerships, organizational infrastructure, and sustainable strategies. His work continues to focus on education, health, equity, leadership, and opportunity.

Professionally, Kevin is President and CEO of Stephen Capital Partners, LLC, and an Associate Professor of Public Health at Touro University California. His career spans law, public health, nonprofit leadership, education, workforce development, and community investment. Stephen Capital Partners (SCP) is a contractor for Health Career Connection. In Summer 2026, the SCP team implemented the Emerging Health Professional Program for more than 100 young adults. He has been a licensed attorney for more than 30 years and is a former Chairperson of LifeLong Medical Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a $160 million budget as of 2025.
